FOUNDER’S STORY
Being born and raised in the Czech Republic, I grew up eating Doner Kebab all my life. It's like the burger of Europe. Since moving to the US,I haven't been able to find any true German-style doner. So, I decided to return home to learn how to make it and bring it to Seattle. I was lucky enough to have two mentors who have owned their doner kebab shops for over 20 years in Germany and the Czech Republic. They taught me everything that they knew, including the secret recipes.
